1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how KAT Fabricators (“KAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.katfabricators.com/, request a quote or consultation, schedule an appointment, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our commercial, multifamily, builder, and trade services. Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, and other usage or diagnostic data. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from scheduling providers, advertising and analytics providers, referral partners, social media platforms, and other service providers when you interact with their services or with our advertisements.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, and related technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, measure marketing performance, and improve our services. These tools may place or read cookies and collect identifiers and activity information. Google and Meta may process this information under their own privacy policies.

Depending on applicable law, disclosures through advertising cookies or pixels may be considered “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or a “sale” of personal data even when we do not receive money. You may adjust browser settings, use available cookie controls, or contact us to request that we limit such processing. Where required by law, we will also process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals.
